Growth starts with the sourness of life’s lemons

The Sour Project is a growing initiative that supports individuals with developing the confidence and the skills to lead intentional lives. It offers support to those seeking a deeper sense of agency and a desire to explore—and possibly reshape—their personal narratives.

Services currently include equine-assisted psychotherapy, with talk therapy and art therapy coming soon.

Rooted in the values of mindfulness, agency, and authenticity, The Sour Project promotes the belief that everyone deserves to feel confident and happy in the life they are living.

The services provided as a part of The Sour Project Initiative are suited for - Teenagers seeking to find confidence in who they are, adults ready to reconnect with themselves, and anyone wanting to feel empowered over where life is taking them.
